摘 要:利用ABAQUS有限元软件对3根采用不同方法进行防火保护的CFRP加固钢筋混凝土梁的耐火试验进行了温度场模拟和热力耦合分析,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,显示有限元模拟结果和试验结果吻合良好,并在此基础上通过改变防火保护层厚度进行了参数分析。模拟结果表明,采用8mm厚的厚型防火涂料或者15 mm厚水泥砂浆与0.5 mm厚超薄涂料组合防火保护就能保证试件在一定试验条件下满足耐火极限要求,是较经济、安全、实用性较强的防火保护方法。In this paper, the nonlinear finite element analysis software, ABAQUS, was used to analyze temperature field and fire resistance test of three CFRP reinforced concrete beams protected with different measures. It is found that the finite element simulation results. And the parameters were analyzed by changing results are in good agreement with the experimental the thickness of the protective layer. The simulation results show that 8 mm thick fire retardant coating or the combination fire protection of 10mm cement mortar and 0.8mm ultra-thin coating can ensure the specimens to meet the fire limit requirements under the test conditions, which are more economical, safe, practical fire protection methods.
