摘　　要：丰田生产方式（TPS）已被世界公认为汽车制造业最成功的管理模式，并且西方学者将其理念、思想、技术体系概括为精益生产（LP）。通过对丰田生产方式的产生和发展以及企业如何借鉴丰田生产方式的探讨，将有助于国内企业的管理创新并提高自身在全球市场竞争环境下的管理竞争力。TOYOTA Production System（TPS） has been regarded as the most successful management model in the automotive industry in the world, and Western scholars have summarized its concepts, ideas and technical systems as Lean Production（LP）. This paper introduces the origin and development of TOYOTA production mode and discusses how the domestic enterprises adopt the TPS in their management and help them with innovative management and improve their management competitiveness in the competitive environment of global market.
