摘　　要：通过分析桥壳制件的结构特点,介绍了该类制件合理的成形模的设计要点。实践证明:该模具结构合理,冲压过程安全平稳,生产的制件质量稳定,可为类似制件的成形提供参考。According to analyse the structural features of axle housing, introduce the key points of die design for such kinds of parts. Practice has proved the die structure is reasonable, forming process is safe and steady, produced parts is qualified and stable. So it can provide a reference for other similar parts.
