摘　　要：介绍了冲压模具中修边掉铁屑对冲压模具、制件表面质量及车间现场的影响,修边模具的结构设置及优化模具工艺上的解决方法,并从日常生产质量控制、工艺设计、冲压模具结构等方面,简述了合理的模具设计及修边模具工艺结构、新技术应用等对改善冲压模具修边掉铁屑的重要性。This paper introduced nol only what influence the scrap iron generated by trimming on the stamping die, the surface quality of parts and workshop scene, but also The way of optimizing the stamping process and the structure of the trimming die.In addition,the importanee of reasonable structure design of trimming die and new die technology to reducing the scrap iron was also mentioned in eonsideration of daily production quality control, die prueess design,and stamping die structure,etc.
