摘　　要：为解决战后日本的战争责任与战后赔偿等"克服过去"问题,需要考察如下两种趋势:一是20世纪90年代日本扩大国家主义意识及其运动的历史环境;一是战后日本社会持续隐秘扩散的新国家主义问题。考察日本发动侵略战争和实施殖民统治的根源——国家主义在战后原样传承下来的背景,审视其对战争责任和战后赔偿问题的歪曲认识和举动,就能发现日本忽视政治责任和战后赔偿问题而只专注于本国利益和确立新国家认同性的社会脉络。In order to solve the problems of war responsibility and postwar reparation "overcome the past" in the postwar Japanese society,the following two trends must be paid attention to: One is the historical environment that expanded the consciousness of Japanese nationalism and its movement in the 1990 s; one is the continued covert diffusion of nationalism in the postwar Japanese society. This article examines the basis of the Japanese invasion war and colonial rule-the background of nationalism inherited from the postwar,and analyzes the distorted consciousness and action of the war responsibility and the reparations after the war. Reexamining this issue,we can find the root of Japan's ignorance of political responsibility and reparations after the war,focusing on the interests of the state and the establishment of the newnational identity.
