摘　　要：从环境标准化、操作标准化、设备标准化、检验标准化和安全标准化等方面阐述了钻杆防腐内涂层过程中执行标准的重要性,同时对实现标准化过程提出了建议。标准化对管材内涂层喷涂成型外观质量控制、外观缺陷预防和安全生产起到了积极的指导作用。The importance of standard execution in the process of drill pipe anticorrosion inner coating was elaborated from the aspects of environmental standardization, operation standardization, equipment standardization, inspection standardization, safety standardization, etc. Moreover, snggestions were proposed for the realization of standardization process. The results showed that standardization plays a positive role to control internal spray coating appearance quality, prevent the surface defects of interior coating and ensure safety in production.
