摘　　要：从建设项目全寿命周期理论出发,引入价值工程评价模型,并结合工程实例,通过对建设项目的功能分析和成本分析,寻求建设项目全寿命周期成本的最优化。In this paper,the whole life-cycle theory of the construction project,the introduction of value engineering evaluation model,combining with the engineering case,by construction projects,functional analysis and cost analysis,seeks to build the project life-cycle cost optimization.
