用γ-聚谷氨酸从喜树果中连续分离喜树碱和甲氧基喜树碱

摘　　要：以喜树果为原料,用0.5%Na OH碱法提取,加入石灰过滤去除果胶,用乙醇萃取滤液,然后用盐酸调p H=3。用γ-聚谷氨酸柱层析用梯度淋洗法可分别得到喜树碱和10-甲氧基喜树碱,淋洗条件为:2%乙醇的乙酸乙酯溶液和4%乙醇的乙酸乙酯溶液。喜树碱的收率为0.34‰,甲氧基喜树碱的收率为0.02‰。喜树碱和甲氧基喜树碱的纯度均在98.5%以上。The Fruit of camptotheca acuminate decne are used as the raw material for extraction of camptothecin and 10-methoxycamptothecin.The Fruits are dipped in 0.5%NaOH.Quicklime is added to precipitate the pectin and filtrate it.The liquid is extracted by ethyl alcohol.Then the filtrate liquid is become pH=3 though dropping in hydrochloric acid.The camptothecin and 10-methoxycamptothecin can be gotten by the 2% and 4% ethanol in the ethyl acetate through theγ- poly glutamic acid chromatogram.The rate of yield of camptothecin and 10-methoxycamptothecin is 0.34‰ and 0.02‰ respectively,and their purity all exceed 98%（HPLC）.
