摘　　要：介绍了美国核管理委员会对核电站退役的监管要求,结合我国实际,在强化许可证持有者责任、监管制度建设、退役终态确认、退役资金管理和技术研发等方面提出了建议。The regulatory requirements of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission on the decommissioning of nuclear power plants is introduced. Combined with the actual situation in China,some suggestions on strengthening the licensee＇s responsibility,regulatory system construction,verification of final states,funding management,and RD on technology are put forward.
