13110例围产儿出生缺陷回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨围产儿出生缺陷发生规律和干预措施,预防和减少出生缺陷的发生。方法:收集13 110例准入病例,对出生缺陷的发生率、种类、影响因素及变化趋势进行统计学分析。结果:10年间我院出生缺陷儿的发生率为23.04‰,2006年发生率最高为34.97‰,除2009年,其余各年份我院出生缺陷率均高于全省及全国水平;胎儿性别间出生缺陷率差异无统计学意义;农村出生缺陷率高于城市,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。监测出生缺陷中最常见为神经管畸形。结论:出生缺陷疾病已逐渐成为长治地区围产儿致残及至死的主要原因,加强三级预防,提高孕产妇监测质量,做好孕前检查及产前诊断,降低新生儿出生缺陷的发生,势在必行。Objective:To find out the occurrence rules of perinatal birth defects and explore effective interventions so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence of birth defects.Methods:Retrospectively analyzing 13 110 cases,the incidence of birth defects,types,influencing factors and trends were statistically analyzed.Results:The incidence rate of infants with birth defects was 23.04‰ within ten years in our hospital,with the highest incidence rate of 34.97‰ in 2006.The incidence rates of birth defects in our hospital in other years were higher than that of the average rates in other cities of our province and the whole nation,except in 2009.But there was no statistical difference of birth-defect rate in terms of gender among infants.The birth defect rate in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas(P<0.01).And the most common surveillance of birth defects was neural tube defects.Conclusion:Birth defects have gradually contributed as the main reason for disability and even death in our city,the province and China.In order to improve the quality of the population in China,effective measures should be taken such as strengthening tertiary prevention,improving the quality of maternal monitoring,doing pre-pregnancy examination and prenatal diagnosis.
