2009-2017年晋城市流行性感冒病原学监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解山西省晋城市2009—2017年流行性感冒(流感)的流行情况及其病原学特点。方法:采集流感样病例(ILI)咽拭子标本3 857份,采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测流感病毒核酸。结果:收到国家级哨点医院ILI标本3 857份,阳性837份,总阳性率为21.7%。8个监测周期阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=207.984,P<0.05),2009—2010年的流感阳性率最高。流行季为每年的11月至次年3月,夏季少发。各年龄组流感病毒核酸阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=251.413,P<0.05),6岁~和12岁~的发病率最高;不同性别人群的流感发病率无差异(χ~2=0.724,P=0.395)。流感流行株为乙型、新甲型H1N1和季节性甲型H3N2。结论:晋城市流感流行株为乙型、新甲型H1N1和季节性甲型H3N2,三型在不同年份交替流行;应加强对中小学生人群的疫情监测和预防接种。Objective:To investigate the etiological characteristics and epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Jincheng City,Shanxi Province during 2009—2017.Methods:3 857 throat swab samples of influenza-like illness(ILI)were collected and its influenza virus nucleic acid was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results:837 samples were positive in 3 857 ILI specimens from national sentinel hospitals,and the positive rate was 21.7%.The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=207.984,P<0.05)among positive rate of eight monitoring cycles.And the highest rate of influenzapositive was in 2009—2010.Popular season was from November to next March,less in summer.And the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=251.413,P<0.05)in positive rates of influenza virus nucleic acid in different age groups,most cases were children aged 6~years old and 12~years old;There was no difference(χ~2=0.724,P=0.395)in the incidence of influenza between male and female.The popular influenza strains were type B,new type A H1 N1 and seasonal type A H3N2.Conclusion:The popular influenza strains were type B,new type A H1N1 and seasonal type A H3N2 in Jincheng City,Shanxi Province.These three strains of influenza viruses occured alternatively year by year.Surveillance and vaccination should be strengthened among primary and secondary school students.
