摘 要:采用控制一定酸度的硫酸铁溶液溶解样品,Fe^(3+)与金属铝发生反应,置换出等当量Fe^(2+)。以重铬酸钾标准溶液滴定Fe^(2+),根据消耗重铬酸钾标准溶液的量,计算金属铝的含量。方法研究了溶样温度、溶样时间,溶剂浓度,反应酸度,空白量,样品颗粒度及冷却过程的影响。按照实验方法测定样品中金属铝,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.92%~1.3%;回收率在94%~104%之间,测定结果准确。The samples were dissolved in a ferric sulfate solution which controlled the acidity,and Fe^(3+) reacted with the metal aluminum to replace the equivalent Fe^(2+). Calculated with potassium dichromate standard solution of Fe^(2+),according to the consumption of potassium dichromate standard solution,calculate the content of aluminum metal. The effects of solvent temperature,solvent concentration,reaction acidity,blank volume,sample size and cooling process were studied.The relative standard deviation(n = 6) in the RSD was 0.92% ~ 1.3%,and the recoveries were between 94% and 104%,the results were accurate.
