摘　　要：介绍了一种液体自动灌装系统的设计,阐述了该系统的工作原理和硬件结构,着重分析测温电路和应用超声波技术进行液体流量检测的原理和方法,并讨论了超声波流量检测误差的主要来源以及薄膜传输中的主要误差来源。系统具有实时的流量检测、温度调节、薄膜自动传输、参数设定与显示等功能,具有较为广泛的社会实际应用价值。This paper presents a design of a liquid automatic filling system,describes the working principle and hardware structure of the system,analyzes principles and methods of the temperature measurement circuit and ultrasonic technology in detecting liquid flow and discusses the main source of the errors which occur in ultrasonic flow detection and film transmission. This system possesses the functions of real-time flow detection,temperature regulation,automatic transmission of film,parameter setting and displaying,having a more extensive social practical value.
