摘  要:催化合成了丙烯酸丁酯,并对反应条件进行优化。通过差热扫描量热法测定了Keggin型硅钼钒杂多酸对甲基丙烯酸甲酯的阻聚性能,结果表明,随着杂多酸结构中钒钼比例数的增大、杂多酸用量的增加以及升温速率的提高,杂多酸的阻聚性能增强。在合成丙烯酸丁酯的反应中,以醇酸摩尔比、时间、温度及催化剂用量作为反应影响因素,通过正交试验得到的最优反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比为1.2∶1,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的6%,反应温度为100℃,反应时间2.5 h,在此过程中,硅钼钒杂多酸对不饱和酯的合成具有催化作用和较好的阻聚效果。The inhibition properties of Keggin type silicon molybdenum vanadium heteropoly acid on the polymerization of methyl methacrylate performance were determined by differential scanning calorimetry,at the same time,the synthesis reaction of butyl ac-rylate catalyzed by heteropoly acid was studied,the reaction conditions were optimized. The results show that the inhibition proper-ties were enhanced with the increasing number of vanadium molybdenum proportion in the structure of heteropoly acid ^ increasing dosage of heteropoly acid and higher heating rate,mole ratio of alcohol and acid、catalyst dosage、reaction time and temperature were investigated in the synthesis of butyl acrylate, optimal reaction conditons were obtained while mole ratio of alcohol and acid is 1. 2 : 1 ,the reaction temperature is 100^ ,dosage of catalyst is 6% of the total mass of reactants,reaction time is 2. 5 h,in this process, not only better catalytic effect but also better inhibition effect of silicon molybdenum vanadium heteropoly acid were found in the synthesis of unsaturated ester.
