创新驱动发展战略下经济增长模式转型路径研究

摘　　要：创新驱动发展战略是供给侧结构性改革任务"补短板"的关键,通过对创新驱动发展战略背景、内涵阐述,明确了创新驱动发展战略与经济增长模式转型互动耦合。进而论述创新驱动发展战略经济增长模式存在以人为本、企业家驱动、先发优势三大积极因素和路径依赖、利益集团两大消极因素。在此基础上,基于市场化导向构建了创新驱动发展战略经济增长模式路径:重新塑造政府与市场新型关系,注重中小微企业创新主体作用,企业由技术创新深入到金融创新、商业模式创新、文化创新以及企业创新业态向平台、开放、产业链流程高端转变。The innovation driven development strategy is the key to the supply side structural reform to realize "complementarity".Through the analysis of the background and connotation of innovation driven development strategy,this paper defines the interactive coupling between innovation driven development strategy and economic growth mode transformation.Then the paper points that the economic growth model under the innovation driven development strategy has three positive factors of human orientation,entrepreneur driven,first mover advantage and that it has two negative factors of path dependence and interest groups.On this basis,based on market-oriented orientation,this paper constructs the path of economic growth mode driven by innovation driven development strategy:reshaping the new relationship between the government and the market,paying attention to the role of small and medium-sized enterprises as the innovation implementer,leading the enterprises from technological innovation to financial innovation,business model innovation,cultural innovation,and promoting enterprise innovation format to transform to high-end change of the platform,opening up,industrial chain process.
