白虎汤加味联合地氯雷他定、地塞米松治疗接触性过敏性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察白虎汤加味联合地氯雷他定以及地塞米松治疗接触性过敏性皮炎的临床效果以及安全性。方法将80例接触性过敏性皮炎患者随机平均分为2组,对照组给予醋酸地塞米松软膏外涂与地氯雷他定片口服治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予白虎汤加味治疗。2组均以1个月为1个疗程,观察2组治疗前后VAS瘙痒评分、血清Th1/Th2比值变化情况,统计2组临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组痊愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组治疗后VAS评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清Th1/Th2比值均显著升高(P均<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论白虎汤加味联合地氯雷他定以及地塞米松治疗接触性过敏性皮炎相比单纯西药治疗效果好,可以有效缓解患者临床症状,恢复细胞免疫系统功能。Objective It is to observe the clinical effect and safety of White Tiger Soup combined with Desloratadine and Dexamethasone in the treatment of contact allergic dermatitis. Methods 80 patients with contact allergic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Dexamethasone Acetate Ointment coating and oral administration of Desloratadine Tablets,the observation group was treated with White Tiger Soup on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated with 1 months as 1 courses. The VAS pruritus score and the changes of serum Th1/Th2 were observed before and after the treatment of the two groups. The clinical effect and adverse reaction of 2 groups were compared. Results The recovery rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( all P < 0. 05). The scores of VAS in the 2 groups were significantly decreased( all P < 0. 05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).The value of serum Th1/Th2 in the 2 groups were significantly increased( P < 0. 05),and the value of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion The effect of White Tiger Soup combined with Desloratadine and Dexamethasone in the treatment of contact allergic dermatitis is better than that of pure western medicine. It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,restore the function of cell immune system.
