摘  要:通过将N-(氨基甲酰甲基)亚氨基二乙酸(ADA)基团接枝到纤维素上,制备了具有氨基、羧基等配位体的ADA螯合纤维素。红外光谱分析ADA螯合纤维素表明,3200~3 500 cm^(-1)处与一N—H和C=O—NHR相关的吸收峰明显增宽吸收增强,在1 650~1 545 cm^(-1)和1 420~1 300cm^(-1)出现了羧酸盐的吸收带,提高了纤维素对Cu^(2+)、Ni^(2+)和Cd^(2+)的平衡吸附容量。对ADA螯合纤维素吸附重金属过程热力学、动力学及吸附进行了研究,探讨其相应的吸附机理和再生性能。研究结果:ADA螯合纤维素对重金属离子的吸附过程符合二级吸附动力学方程,与重金属形成配位键,系化学吸附过程。A kind of chelating cellulose with amino, carboxyl and other ligands were synthesized through stem grafting N-(carbamoylmethyl) iminodiacetic acid(ADA) on the molecular structure of cellulose. Its adsorptive performance and mechanism were studied in detail. ADA chelating cellulose had amnion and carboxyl groups on its molecular structure. Through the infrared spectroscopy analysis on ADA chelated cellulose,it could be found that absorption peak was significantly widened at the places of 3 200~3 500 cm^(-1),because of —N—H and C=O—NHR.Carboxylate absorption band was also appeared at the figures of 1 650~1 545 cm^(-1) and 1 420~1 300 cm^(-1). Adsorption capacity of cellulose to Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+)and Cd^(2+) had increased after modification. ADA chelating cellulose was applied in the adsorption of heavy metals, of which its adsorption dynamics properties, adsorption thermodynamics properties were studied,the result of the study turned out that the secondary adsorption kinetics equation fitted well with its adsorption properties. It also presented that ADA chelating cellulose formed coordination bonds with heavy metal ions, it was a fast and stable chemical adsorption process.
