摘　　要：德法并重的治国方略,成就了辽代统一多民族国家二百多年的灿烂历史,以儒家忠孝节义为核心的道德层面建设功不可没,其因唐袭宋的立法模式、分别番汉的司法实践等复杂曲折的法治建设探索,对我们今天的依法治国有一定的借鉴意义。Liao Dynasty is a unified mufti-ethnic country with more than 200 years history, ruled both bylaw and morality. Confucian loyalty and filial piety is at the core of its construction of morality. It followed Tangand Song Dynasties in its legislation and judicial practice, which is still applicable in contemporary China.
