不同空气质量状况下FW3系统林火烟雾智能识别与定位测试研究

摘  要:在不同空气质量状况下,采用南非引进的FW3林火智能监测与决策支持系统,进行人工点火烟雾识别和定位测试。结果表明:在良好气象条件下,林火识别率为100%,林火误报率为0%,优于试验技术指标要求。空气质量指数在80以下时,系统可以自动识别距离摄像机6 km范围内的林火烟雾;空气质量指数在80~120之间时,系统可以自动识别距离摄像机3 km范围内的林火烟雾;空气质量指数在130以上时,系统不具备烟雾识别功能。林火烟雾发现时间小于5 min,林火烟雾定位误差小于5 m.The identification and location test of artificially ignited smoke under different air quality conditions were carried out using FW3 intelligent monitoring and decision support system for forest fire which were introducted from South Africa.The results showed that under good weather conditions,the recognition rate of forest fire was 100% and the false positive rate of forest fire was 0% which were better than the test technical index. The system could automatically identify the forest fire smoke in the range of 6 km away from camera when the air quality index was below 80. The system could automatically identify the forest fire smoke in the range of 3 km away from camera when the air quality index was 80 ~ 120. The system did not have the function of smoke recognition when the air quality index was more than 130. The detection time of forest fire smoke was less than 5 min,and the location error of forest fire smoke was less than 5 m.
