大学生心理资本与总体幸福感现状及关系研究

摘　　要：目的:调查研究大学生心理资本与总体幸福感的关系。方法:采用心理资本量表和总体幸福感量表对在校430名大学生开展调查。结果:大学生总体幸福感平均分为77.95,男生平均分为78.55,女生平均分为77.86;心理资本平均分为104.43,处于较高的水平,两者都较全国常模分高;性别、年级、户籍所在地对心理资本和总体幸福感都无影响。结论:心理资本与总体幸福感呈显性正相关,且心理资本对总体幸福感具有较好的预测效果。Objective： to explore the relationship between college students’psychological capital andoverall psychological well -being. Method： to apply psychological capital scale and overall psychologicalwell-being scale in the investigation on 430 undergraduates. Results： The average mark of the overall psychological well-being for all the subjects was 77.95, 78.55 for boys and 77.86 for girls respectively. Theaverage mark of college students＇ psychological capital was 104.43, which was at a high level and was higher than the national norm. And it turns out that the sex, grade, household registration have no effect on psychological capital and overall psychological well-being. Conclusion： Psychological capital is positively correlated with overall psychological well-being, and it has a better predictive effect on overall psychologicalwell-being.
