摘 要:目前市面上的超短波治疗仪设备普遍采用电子管作为高频振荡源,这种方式有可调参数少、发热严重和辐射周围严重等问题,研发一种基于半导体固态源的新型超短波治疗仪显得尤为迫切。固态源超短波治疗仪硬件系统以MRF6V2150N为核心,系统包括液晶显示、按键控制、输出电路和反馈电路等。设计了4种脉冲输出模式,采用PWM脉宽调制进行脉冲调整。并设计了自动调谐至最大输出模式。具有可调脉冲和自动调谐,脉冲波形和功率的定量调节。可适用于不同部位的患者理疗以及肿瘤热疗的应用。It is particularly urgent to develop a new type of ultrashort wave therapy apparatus based on solid-state semiconductor source, due to the fact that electronic valve is widely used as a source of high frequency oscillation in homemade ultrashort wave therapy apparatus, which has a serious of problems including few adjustable parameters, severe heat and serious radiation around. With MRF6V2150N as the core, the hardware system included liquid crystal display, key control, output circuit and feedback circuit, etc. Four kinds of pulse output modes were designed. Pulse width modulation (PWM) was used to adjust the pulse. Automatic tuning was set to the maximum output mode. Intelligently-designed solid-state source of ultrashort wave has the characteristics of adjustable pulse, automatic tuning, and quantitative adjustment of pulse waveform and power. It can be applied in physical therapy and tumor hyperthermia of different parts of the patients.
