乐山地区健康人群血常规的参考区间

摘　　要：目的建立乐山地区健康人群血常规各参数的参考区间。方法选择2016年在乐山市人民医院体检的健康人群共8 687名,其中男4 807名,女3 880名,按性别、年龄分组,删除离群点后,采用SPASS 17.0统计软件进行统计分析其血常规参数如WBC、RBC、PLT等18项指标,得出各自的血常规参考区间。结果成年男性WBC为(3.99~10.12)×109/L,成年女性WBC为(3.55~9.32)×109/L;成年男性RBC为(4.36~6.25)×1012/L,成年女性RBC为(3.75~5.49)×1012/L;成年男性Hb为131~175 g/L,成年女性Hb为103~150 g/L;成年男性HCT为40.4%~52.3%,成年女性HCT为33.5%~45.8%;成年男性MCV为68.6~101.2,成年女性MCV为68.0~99.3;成年男性PLT为(80~280)×109/L,成年女性PLT为(83~290)×109/L。乐山地区各项指标参考范围中RBC数量在不同年龄阶段和性别人群中与国家标准比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.01);WBC数量、Hb水平和PLT数量与国家标准比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该地区的部分血常规检测项目参考值与现行国家标准参考值存在差异,并可能会影响临床对异常结果的判断。ObjectiveSet up the blood reference area of healthy people in Leshan area. MethodsIn Leshan people＇s hospital physical examination in 2016, choose a total of 8687 healthy people（male 4807, female 3880）. According to gender, age group, after remove outliers, using SPASS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the blood routine parameters such as the WBC, RBC, PLT 18 indexes, we obtaintheir routine blood reference range. ResultsAdult male WBC was 3.99-10.12×10^9/L, and adult women WBC was 3.55-9.32×10^9/L; Adult male RBC was 4.36-6.25×10^12/L, and adult female RBC was 3.75-5.49×10^12/L; Adult male Hb was 131-175 g/L, and adult women Hb was 103-150 g/L; Adult male HCT was 40.4%-52.3%, and female adult HCT was 33.5%-45.8%; Adult male MCV was 68.6-101.2, and female adult MCV was 68.0-99.3; Adult male PLT was 80-280×10^9/L, and adult female PLT was 83-290×10^9/L. There was no statistical significance between RBC in Leshan region scope in different age and gender groups and the national standards （P〉0.01）; There was no statistical significance between WBC, Hb, PLT and the national standard （P〈0.01）. ConclusionDifferences exist between a part of the routine blood test project reference value in Leshan area and the current national standard reference value, and those may affect the clinical judgment of abnormal results.
