乐山地区6月龄至2岁健康婴幼儿血常规的参考区间

摘　　要：目的调查分析乐山地区6月龄至2岁健康婴幼儿的血常规各参数的参考区间。方法选择2016年在乐山市妇幼保健院参加儿保的健康婴幼儿共2917人次,其中男1568人次,女1349人次,按性别、删除离群点后,采用SPASS 17.0统计软件进行统计分析其血常规参数如WBC、RBC、PLT等18项指标,得出各项指标的血常规参考区间,与国家标准比较分析其统计学差异。结果 WBC为(5.15~14.3)×10~9/L,RBC为(3.69~5.54)×10^(12)/L,Hb为93~138 g/L,HCT为29.0%~41.0%,MCV为61.3~88.6,MCHC为310~353,MCH为19.2~30.2,PLT为(180~480)×10~9/L。乐山地区各项指标参考范围中RBC数量在不同年龄阶段和性别人群与国家标准比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);WBC数量、Hb水平和PLT数量与国家标准比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该地区的部分血常规检测项目参考值与现行国家标准参考值存在差异,并可能会影响临床对异常结果的判断。ObjectiveInvestigate and analyse reference intervals of blood routine parameters of healthy children aged 6 months to 2 years in Leshan. MethodsThe total number of 2917 （male 1 568 males and 1 349 females） participating in the maternal and child health hospital in Leshan in 2016 was selected, and the blood routine parameters, such as WBC, RBC and PLT, were statistically analyzed compared with the national standards by using spss statistical software. ResultsThe WBC was （5.15-14.3）×10^9/L; RBC was 3.69-5.54/L; Hb was 93-138 g/L; HCT was 29.0%-41.0%; MCV was 61.3-88.6; MCHC was 310-353; MCH was 19.2-30.2/L; PLT was （180-480）×10^9/L. Differents of the number of RBC in various age stages and gender groups were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The number of WBC, Hb and PLT were significantly different from the national standard （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe reference value of some routine blood test items in this area is different from the current national standard reference value, and may affect the clinical judgment of abnormal results.
