县域医改武冈经验:着力供给侧“全统筹、补短板”

摘　　要：湖南省武冈市立足供给侧结构性改革,着眼全局、着手卫生计生、着力村卫生室,"软硬"兼施深化县域医改,逐渐探索形成了"全统筹、补短板"的"武冈经验"。升华和改进武冈经验,需要继续加强村医队伍建设,优化医生资源配置;建立可持续的财政投入和筹资机制;加强相关的理论探讨和实践研究。Based on the supply-side structural reform,Wugang City in Hunan Province,focusing on the overall situation,health and family planning,and village clinics,implemented the county-level medical reform using soft and hard measures,which gradually formed Wugang experience of ＂overall planning,filling a short board.＂ To sublimate and improve Wugang＇s experience,we should continue to strengthen the construction of village medical staff and optimize the allocation of doctors＇ resources,establish sustainable financial inputs and financing mechanisms and strengthen the relevant theoretical and practical research.
