摘  要:为获得排盐泵实际工作状态下的结构强度,对泵内部全流场进行多工况定常数值模拟,并基于Workbench平台对泵转动部件进行了单向流固热耦合计算,得到了不同工况下转动部件的温度场、最大等效应力以及应变分布。结果表明,在排盐泵运行中,诱导轮处温度最高,且各工况下最高温度均出现在诱导轮叶片上;排盐泵最大等效应力出现在叶轮出口后盖板与叶片背面交接位置处,且小于自身材料的抗拉强度;在排盐泵叶轮上应变分布比较均匀,呈现中心对称分布,相同半径上的变形值基本相同,但是叶轮出口处,两叶片之间部分盖板的位移量大于相同半径的其他位置。To obtain the structural strength of the pump for excluding salt-waterat actual working condition, the steady numerical simulation of whole fow feld at multi-conditions have been calculated. The one-way fuid-thermal-structural coupling of stationary parts was performed base on ANSYS Workbench. The temperature field, the maximum equivalent stress and the strain distribution are obtained under different conditions. The results show that in the pump for excluding salt-water, the inducer's temperature is the highest, and the maximum temperature appears on the inducer blade at each working condition; the maximum equivalent stress appears at the outlet of impeller (the border of back shroud and low pressure side of blade outlet),which is less than the tensile strength of the material; The maximum deformation distribution on the impeller is more uniform,appearing symmetric distribution center and the deformation of the same radius on value is the samebasically, But at the outlet of the impeller, the displacement between the two blades is larger than that of the same radius.
