基于T/E_2比值变化探讨从厥阴论治月经性哮喘的机理

摘　　要：目的:研究基于T/E_2比值变化探讨从厥阴论治月经性哮喘的机理。方法:82例月经性哮喘女性患者,按数字表法随机分成治疗组(41例)和对照组(41例),治疗组给予中医中药治疗;对照组给予西药治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后临床症状改善情况,性激素与气道炎性指标的变化,哮喘控制评分及生存质量及不良反应发生情况等。结果:治疗后治疗组显效75.61%(31/41),总有效率97.56%(40/41),明显高于对照组39.02%(16/41),82.93%(34/41);治疗组性激素及气道炎性指标改善均显著优于对照组;治疗组ACT及AQLQ评分改善幅度均明显优于对照组;治疗组不良反应发生率12.20%(5/41)明显低于对照组43.90%(18/41)(均P<0.05)。结论:从厥阴论治月经性哮喘能有效改善患者的哮喘症状,实现对哮喘的良好控制,进而提高患者的生存质量。Objective: To study the mechanism of treating menstrual asthma with Jue Yin theory on the basis of change of T/E_2 ratio. Methods: 82 cases of female patients with menstrual asthma were randomly divided into treatment group( 41 cases) and control group( 41 cases). The treatment group was treated with TCM,while the control group was treated with western medicine. The improvement of clinical symptoms,the changes of sex hormone and airway inflammatory indices,the asthma control score and the quality of life as well as the incidence of adverse reactions etc. were compared before and after treatment in patients of two groups. Results: After treatment in treatment group: the obviously effective rate was 75. 61%( 31/41),the total effective rate was 97. 56%( 40/41),which were significantly higher than 39. 02%( 16/41) and 82. 93%( 34/41) in control group; the improvement of sex hormone and airway inflammatory indices,ACT and AQLQ scores were significantly better than in control group; the total ratio of adverse reaction was 12. 20%( 5/41),which was significantly lower than 40. 90%( 18/41) in control group; the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment of PMA with Jue Yin theory can effectively improve the asthma symptoms of patients with PMA,realize the good control of asthma,thereby improve the quality of life of patients,which is safe and reliable.
