基于教育大数据的高校学生个性化管理模式

摘　　要：目前高校学生管理者运用经验法、观察法和简单的数据统计方法进行学生个体及群体的个性化管理,取得了一定的成效,但也存在靶向性不强、滞后性明显等较难克服的问题。大数据在教育领域的兴起为解决这些问题提供了契机。在高校建立起基于教育大数据的学生个性化管理模式将推动学生个性化管理由经验模式向科学模式变革,由被动应对向主动预警转变,由依赖点数据向全貌数据转换,从而提高学生个性化管理的效率与质量。At present, the management of college students used the empirical approach, observation method and simple data statistic method to study personalized management of individual students and groups, and has achieved some effect. However, there are some problems which are difficult to overcome, such as weak targeting and hysteresis. The rise of big data in the education sector provides an opportunity to address these problems. The personalized management model of college students based on the educational big data will push the personalized management model to change from empirical mode to scientific model, reactive to proactive, and transforming from the depend point data to the full view data so as to improve the efficiency and quality of college students' personalized management.
