摘  要:采用H_2O_2溶液处理吸附了苯胺的活性炭纤维,使其再生。研究结果表明,再生反应的最佳条件为:H_2O_2溶液浓度为5%,用量为37.5m L·(g ACF)^(-1),再生温度为40℃,再生反应时间为30min。活性炭纤维再生前后对苯胺的吸附能力接近,活性炭纤维经6次再生后重复利用,苯胺去除率可以达到97%以上。再生过程中,活性炭纤维可能对H2O2的分解与氧化反应起了类似催化剂的作用。Activated carbon fiber(ACF) that had absorbed aniline was regenerated with hydrogen peroxide solution. The results showed that the optimum conditions of ACF regeneration were as followed: the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 5%(wt%),the dosage of hydrogen peroxide solution was 37.5 m L/g ACF, the regeneration time was 30 min and the regeneration temperature was 40℃. Regenerated ACF had the same adsorption ability to aniline as that of ACF before regeneration. The removal rate of aniline could reach over 97% after ACF was regenerated for 6 times. ACF might exhibited a catalysis effect to the decomposition and oxidation of hydrogen peroxide in the regenerative process.
