摘　　要：以山羊毛、三维卷曲涤纶、丙纶、低熔点ES纤维为原料,通过针刺加固工艺研制面密度540 g/m^2,针刺密度300刺/cm^2的山羊毛多组分针刺地毯,并对其进行阻燃整理。研究得出:最佳热熔黏合加固工艺为:烘燥温度120℃、烘燥时间5 min;最佳阻燃整理工艺为:阻燃剂体积分数10%,浸渍时间40 min。测试分析表明:以山羊毛为主要原料利用非织造针刺技术可以开发出性能较好的山羊毛针刺地毯,该技术对山羊毛的开发利用具有较好的借鉴意义。The multi-component and flame retardant needle-acupuncture carpet with goat wool was prepared by the needling process of using goat wool, three-dimensional crimp polyester, polypropylene and low melting poing ES fiber as raw materials. The weight per square meter of the acupuncture carpet was 540 g/m2, the acupuncture density was 300 strokes/cm2, and the samples were finished with flame-retardant reagent. The best hot melt adhesive reinforcement process ： drying temperature of 120℃ , drying time of 5 min. The best flame retardant finishing process： C1T3 （ flame retardant volume concentration of 10%, immersion time of 40 min）. The analysis of the sample testing shows： the use of non-woven technology can develop the goat wool carpets with better performance when using goat wool as the main raw material, and the technology has good reference for the development and utilization of goat wool.
