肌萎缩侧索硬化病人自我感受负担现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查肌萎缩侧索硬化病人自我感受负担现状并分析其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、肌萎缩侧索硬化功能评分量表修正版、自我感受负担量表和Zarit照顾者负担量表对144例肌萎缩侧索硬化病人及其照顾者进行调查。[结果]肌萎缩侧索硬化病人自我感受负担均分为(24.51±11.22)分,呈轻度水平;多元逐步回归分析显示:病人性别、呼吸功能损害、对疾病的了解、照顾者负担是肌萎缩侧索硬化病人自我感受负担的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]自我感受负担在肌萎缩侧索硬化病人中普遍存在,医护人员应重视对病人自我感受负担的评估,探索更佳的治疗护理方案,减轻病人的自我感受负担。Objective:To investigate the status quo of self-perceived burden of patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and analyze the influential factors.Method:A total of 144 patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and their caregivers were investigated by ageneral data questionnaire,a modified amyotrophic lateral sclerosis scale,a self-perceived burden scale,and a Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale.Result:Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patient self-perceived burden was(24.51±11.22)points,at a mild level;multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the self-perceived burden of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients were gender respiratory dysfunction,understanding of the disease and caregiver burden(P<0.05).Conclusions:Selfperceived burden was common in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,and caregivers should value the assessment of patients' self-perceived burden and explore better treatments and care programme to reduce the patient's self-perceived burden.
