摘  要:目的探索在本科护理学专业开设渐进体验式集中见习的可行性和效果。方法在2014级本科护理探索开设集中见习课程,贯穿于第二、三学年,直至与毕业实习衔接。见习形式采取岗位见习,让护生能在不同岗位持续、深入观摩和体验临床护理活动。结果 80%以上护生表示见习设计合理;85%以上的护生认为集中见习有助于提高专业知识、技能与情感认知;70%以上护生认为提高了自己学习主动性。结论渐进体验式集中见习贯穿于本科护生专业课学习始终,为培养其临床综合实践能力、渗透职业情感教育以及培养其评判性思维提供了平台。Objective To explore the reform effect of gradual centralized noviceship for the nursing undergraduates. Methods Firstly teaching plan can be revised and sketch out the gradual concentration of trainee program then strengthen the management of teachers and teaching in grade 2014 nursing students, lastly implement the teaching plan. Results More than 80% students approve the design of the gradual centralized noviceship; More than 85 % students consider that the gradual centralized nov- iceship helped them have a much better understanding of the importance of nursing and humanistic care; More than 70% students think they could actively participate in it. Conclusion Gradual central- ized noviceship is a clinical teaching method that can be tried, it provide students the opportunity for having a continuous experience learning in clinical practice, it can improve the joint of theory and practice, and integrated into the emotional education, which is beneficial to the cultivation of critical thinking of nursing students.
