基于医学信息专业学生视角的实习现状及思考——以广西医科大学信息管理与信息系统专业为例

摘　　要：毕业实习是实践教学的重要组成部分,针对医学信息专业实习的双重特性,既与医疗单位相关,同时与计算机、信息类学科相连。通过广西医科大学信息与管理学院信息管理与信息系统专业实习案例,从实习学生的视角,介绍医学信息专业学生实习前的课程情况、专业的社会需求分析,在某省级综合性三级甲等医院的实习过程,探讨该专业学生实习过程中存在的问题,学院持续出台的措施,学生的自我管理,以及实习单位尚待完善的实习教学体系,并提出实习改革建议。Internship is an important part of practical teaching. Internship of medical information has a dual characteristic of medical unit and computer, information sciences. From a interns perspective il- lustrated internship by the case of information management and information system major of Guangxi Medical University, introduced courses before internship and analyzed needs of major talents, dis- cussed problems＇ of interns in a provincial tertiary referral hospital, school continuous measures, students self-management, pointed out remains to be improvement of internship units and offered in- ternship reform proposals.
