摘  要:转录因子在脑缺血损伤疾病的病理生理学中发挥重要作用,近年来越来越多的转录因子和相关的基因信号网络被发现,并成为脑缺血损伤研究领域的焦点。KLFs因子是锌指转录因子家族的成员,在细胞生长、分化、增殖、迁移、凋亡、代谢和炎症等方面具有不同的调节功能。KLFs也大量的表达在脑组织中,调节神经发育和再生,维持脑的正常功能。KLFs的失调与各种神经紊乱疾病相关联。最近研究表明KLFs在脑缺血损伤疾病中发挥重要作用,可在脑供血不足时促进内源性血管生成,发挥神经保护作用。对Krüpple样转录因子在中枢神经损伤的研究进展,尤其是KLFs在脑缺血损伤疾病中的作用进行综述。Transcription factors play an important role in the pathophysiology of cerebral ischemia injury. An increasing number of transcription factors and their related gene signaling networks have been identified and being the focus of research field of cerebral ischemia injury recently. Krtippel - like factors (KLFs) are members of the zinc finger family of transcription factors with diverse regulatory functions in cell growth, differentiation, proliferation, migration, apoptosis, metabolism, and inflammation. KLFs is also high expressed in brain tissue, regulate nerve development and regeneration, and regular the normal function of the brain. Dysregulation of KLFs has been linked to various neurological disorders. Recently, there is emerging evidence that suggests KLFs have an important role in the pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia injury and provide endogenous vaso - or neuro - protection in the brain' s response to ischemie stimuli. In this review, we summarize the basic knowledge and advancement of KLFs on cerebral ischemia injury.
