摘　　要：对腰椎退变性病变所致疼痛的形成、疼痛的常用测量工具、术后疼痛缓解现状以及术后疼痛缓解的影响因素进行综述,并在此基础上制定全面的康复护理干预措施,以求对其临床治疗和护理的过程中起到辅助指导作用,最大程度的促进患者术后康复进程,改善患者术后的功能恢复程度,提高患者的生活质量。The formation of pain caused by lumbar degenerative disease,common measurement tools of pain,the current situation of postoperative pain and influencing factors of postoperative pain relief were reviewed. On this basis,the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention measures were instituted in order to play a assistant directions role during treatment and nursing in clinic,so as to promote the process of postoperative rehabilitation,improve the function recovery after surgery and improve life quality of patients.
