摘　　要：β-三氟甲基-β-氨基酸及其衍生物具有独特的药理活性和潜在的药学应用价值,在药物设计中用于提高药物活性或改善药代动力学特性,被广泛用于抗肿瘤、抗真菌等药物的结构改造中。因此,其合成受到越来越多药物化学家和有机化学家们的关注。重点介绍近年来β-三氟甲基-β-氨基酸及其衍生物的合成方法。β-Trifluoromethyl-β-amino acid and its derivatives have unique pharmacological activity and potency,which are used in drug design to improve drug activity or pharmaco kinetic properties and structural transformation of antitumor,antifungal and other drugs.And now,the development of efficient synthetic methods is of considerable interest in academia and industry.This work focuses on the synthesis of β-trifluoromethyl-β-amino acid and its derivatives in recent years.
