摘 要:以醋酸镍、醋酸钴为原料,用尿素均相沉淀法合成了NiCo2O4微纳米粉体,并利用XRD,SEM,FT-IR和VSM测试其结构和性能,研究了稳定剂柠檬酸三钠对其结构、形貌及磁性能的影响。结果表明:均相沉淀法制备的前驱体为镍和钴的碱式碳酸盐,经350℃煅烧可得单一的尖晶石结构NiCo2O4晶相;柠檬酸三钠的添加未改变NiCo2O4的晶型,但使粉体形貌得到改善,饱和磁化强度明显提高;钴酸镍粉体的剩磁和矫顽力均趋近于零,呈超顺磁性。Micro-nano NiC0204 powders were synthesized via microwave homogeneous precipitation method using nickel acetate and cobalt acetate as raw materials and urea as a precipitant. The microstructure and properties of NiC0204 powders were analyzed by XRD, SEM, FT-IR and VSM. The effect of trisodium citrate as a stabilizer on the structure, morphology and magnetic properties of NiCo2Q were investigated. The results showed that the precursors of homogeneous precipitation method were Ni-Co carbonate hydroxide salt. the precursor were transformed into single spinel structure NiC0204 phase calcined at 350 X: . With the addition of trisodium citrate, the morphology and saturation magnetization of NiC%04 powders was obviously improved. The remanence and coercivity of NiC0204 powders were close to zero, NiC0204 powders showed paramagnetic property.
