摘　　要：以一年生烟火树枝条为研究对象,选用5个浓度的ABT 1号、GGR 6号生根剂进行扦插繁殖试验,研究了不同生根剂种类及浓度对烟火树插穗生根率、生芽率、根长、根数、叶片长度、叶绿素含量指标的影响。结果表明,GGR 6号扦插繁殖效果最好,各浓度处理的生根率与生芽率均可达100%,其中750 mg/L GGR6号处理插穗的根数高于其他处理及对照(不使用生根剂处理),其他指标亦较优;ABT1号扦插效果次之,1 250 mg/L ABT 1号显著促进插穗根系伸长。Taking the branch of one year old C. quadriloculare as material,by using five different concentrations of ABT 1 and GGR 6 rooting agents, respectively, the effects of different kinds of rooting agents on the rooting rate, germination rate, root length ,root number ,leaf length and chlorophyll content of the cuttings of C. quadriloculare were studied.The results showed as follows ：the cutting effect of GGR 6 was the best, the rooting rate and germination rate all reached 100%. The root number of cuttings at 750 mg/L of GGR 6 was higher than that of other treatments and control, and the other indexes were also better.The cutting effect of ABT 1 was the second,and 1 250 mg/L ABT 1 could significantly promote root elongation of cuttings.
