摘 要:研究了六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)的不同添加方式对聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)增强淀粉塑料性能的影响,两种添加方式分别为:直接添加,将SHMP直接与PVAF、淀粉和甘油共混;分散后添加,先将SHMP分散于甘油,再与PVAF和淀粉共混。测试了不同添加方式下淀粉塑料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、接触角及转矩流变性能。结果表明,SHMP含量为6%时,直接与分散后添加相比,拉伸强度最大值由2.7倍提高至3.35倍,冲击强度由1.5倍提高到1.7倍,接触角从60.9°提升到70.2°,峰值扭矩则由109.82 N·m增加至132.37 N·m,这说明分散后添加能有效提高淀粉塑料的性能,此时PVAF增强淀粉塑料的综合性能最佳。By adding sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) to polyvinyl alcohol fibers (PVAF) to enhance the starch plastic, the effects of different addition methods on the tensile strength, impact strength, water resistance and torque rheological properties of starch plastic were studied. According to the two different additions of sodium hexametaphosphate were as follows: direct addition--to blend SHMP with PVAF, starch and glycerol directly; addition after the dispersion--to disperse SHMP in glycerol firstly followed by blending with PVAF and starch. The results show that when the SHMP dosage is 6%, the maximum tensile strength increases from 2. 7 times to 3.35 times, the impact strength is increased from 1.5 times to 1.7 times, the maximum contact angle increases from 60. 9° to 70. 2° and the highest peak torque increases from 109. 82 N· m to 132.37 N · m, indicating that the addition of SHMP can enhance the material performance effectively.
