摘  要:采用本体开环聚合法制备聚(L-丙交酯-ε-己内酯)二元共聚物(PLLCA),与聚右旋乳酸(PDLA)进行溶液共混生成立构复合物,对PDLA进行改性,探讨了PLLCA的含量以及共聚物中LA/CL的物质的量比对立构复合物的形成以及对PDLA力学性能的影响。研究表明,聚己内酯(PCL)柔性链段的引入对PDLA具有增韧效果,且共聚物中的PLLA链段与PDLA之间形成的立构复合物对材料的拉伸强度具有一定的提升(保持)作用,LA/CL物质的量比为90/10,添加量为50%时效果最佳,材料断裂伸长率提高了214%,并且保持了一定的拉伸强度。The eopolymer of poly ( L-laetide ) -eo-poly ( ε-Cl ) ( PLLCA ) was prepared via ringopening polymerization, and its physical modification on poly (D-lactic acid ) (PDLA) was studied by solution blending with PDLA. The influence of the PLLCA blending ratio and eopolymerization ratio on the formation of PLA stereoeomplex and the mechanical properties of blend were studied. The results show that the PCL flexible chains have a toughening effect on PDLA, the formation of stereoeomplex between PLLA and PDLA has a positive effect on the tensile strength of PDLA. Finally, 50% blending ratio of PLLCA with the molar ratio of LA/CL of 90/10 was proved to be the optimum blending ratio. The elongation at break of PLLCA/PDLA increases by 214%, while the tensile strength is well maintained.
