摘　　要：在简述了市场上现有塑料挤出机的应用现状和问题的基础上,分析了塑料挤出机驱动系统的特点及设计要求,确定了直驱低速永磁电机的工作参数和结构参数,提出了电机关键参数的选择和结构设计的依据,建立了控制系统的结构和设计思路,从主程序和电机控制子程序两方面分析了控制系统的工作流程。On the basis of summarizing the application status and problems of the existing plastic extruder in the market, the characteristics and design requirements of the plastic extruder drive system were analyzed, so that the working and structural parameters of the direct-driven low-speed permanent magnet motor were determined and the key parameters of the motor were selected. The basis of the structural design was put forward and the structure and design of the control system were established. The working flow of the control system was analyzed from the aspects of main program and the motor control subroutine.
