摘  要:为完成复杂塑料零件的快速制造,分析了塑料零件快速模具制造工艺。根据零件图纸要求和塑料浇注件的收缩率设计了零件三维数字模型,通过光固化成型技术(SLA)制作原型件,设计了零件硅胶模具制造工艺路线;研究了硅胶模具塑料制件浇注工艺,提出在真空条件下放置于15°坡度架进行浇注加工,解决在浇注过程中出现如浇注件有气泡缺陷、浇注不到位等问题,最终制得合格塑料制件。In order to complete the rapid manufacturing of complex plastic parts, the rapid tooling manufacturing process of plastic parts was analyzed. According to the requirements of the parts drawing and the shrinkage of the plastic casting parts, the 3D digital model of the parts was designed. The prototype parts were made by SLA forming technology, and the manufacturing process route of the part silica gel mold was designed. The silicone mold plastic parts pouring process was studied, then the pouring process was put forward under vacuum condition and placed in 15° slope frame to solve the problems in the casting process, such as bubble defects in the castings and insufficiency pouring. Finally the qualified plastic parts were obtained.
