摘 要:在简述了热塑性弹性体(TPE)同时具有热塑性和弹性性能特点的基础上,介绍了计算机仿真技术的发展过程,从TPE材料的细观模型建立和成形过程分析介绍了计算机仿真技术在TPE研究中的应用现状,提出了TPE零件工艺流程计算机仿真系统的建立过程,设计并优化了仿真系统的结构。以新建工艺为例,分析了仿真系统的实际工作流程与各功能的具体实现方式,提出了数据库的创建和数据库信息与AutoCAD设计平台之间的共享是仿真系统研究的关键,分析了TPE材料数据库和工艺规程数据库的具体功能,介绍了数据库与AutoCAD间数据传递的过程和作用。On the basis of a brief description of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and the characteristics of the elastic properties, the development process of computer simulation technology was introduced, and the application of computer simulation technology in TPE research was introduced from the view of micro-model and forming process of TPE materials. The establishment process of the computer simulation system of TPE parts process was put forward, and the structure of the simulation system was designed and optimized. Taking the new process as an example, the actual working flow of the simulation system and the concrete realization way of each function were analyzed. Then the view of the establishing of database and the information sharing between database and AutoCAD design platform as the key in the research of simulation system was put forward. The specific functions of TPE material database and process database were analyzed, and the process and function of data transfer between database and AutoCAD was introduced.
