摘  要:活体柞蚕蛹接种蛹虫草菌,适宜条件下培养,虫体僵硬后进行出草管理。分别选取僵蛹期(S1)、子实体初期(子实体<1 cm,S2)、子实体早期(1 cm<子实体<3 cm,S3)、子实体中期(子实体≈5 cm,S4)、子实体成熟期(子实体>7 cm,S5)5个蛹虫草不同生长发育时期的样品进行组织分离,研究虫体培育蛹虫草不同生长期对母种质量的影响。结果表明,经虫体复壮后获得的子实体早期(S3)分离得到的母种菌丝体生长整齐浓密,日均生长速度达到3.75 mm·d-1,继代培养子实体生长性状优良,为最适合的母种组织分离时期。Cordyceps strains were inoculated in living silkworm and cultured under the suitable condition, then daily management was administrated after pupa body stiffness. Tissues isolated from the five development stages samples which were muscatdine pupa stage (S1), initial stage of fruiting body (with the length less than 1 cm, S2), early stage of fruiting body (with the length from 1 cm^-3 cm, S3), middle stage of fruiting body (with the length about 5 cm, S4) and mature stage of fruiting body (with the length more than 7 cm, S5) were selected to study the effect on quality of the mother spawn. Results showed that mother spawn mycelium isolated from stage S3 grew tidily and thickly, the growth speed was 3.75 mm· d^-1, and subculture fruit body had the best growth status, which regarded as the optimum stage for mother spawn tissues isolation.
