摘 要:目的:比较非剥脱性Starlux^(TM)1540点阵激光与优化强脉冲光治疗面部毛孔粗大的疗效及安全性。方法:面部毛孔粗大患者共计58例,随机分为两组,激光组和OPT组,每组29例,激光组:采用非剥脱性Starlux^(TM)1540点阵激光;OPT组:采用优化强脉冲光。每组所有患者均治疗一个疗程,6次为一疗程,每次治疗需要间隔4周,一个疗程结束后所有患者随访6个月,应用面部毛孔标准照片评价法进行疗效评估,比较两组患者的疗效以及治疗中和治疗后的不良反应。结果:疗程结束后6个月,激光组和OPT组患者面部毛孔标准照片评级分别为(2.17±0.539)和(2.55±0.736),两组组内比较差异均具有显著意义(P〈0.05)。激光组及OPT组进行治疗前后比较,组间疗效比较差异具有显著意义(P〈0.05)。激光组和OPT组的满意率分别为93.10%和72.41%。结论:非剥脱性Starlux^(TM)1540点阵激光与强脉冲光均能有效改善面部毛孔粗大,且均不影响患者日常生活工作,非剥脱性Starlux^(TM)1540点阵激光疗效优于强脉冲光。To observe and compare the clinic efficacy and operation safety between non-ablative StaduxTM 1540 fractional photothermolysis laser and intense pulsed light with optimal pulse technology in treating enlarged facial pores. Totally 58 patients of enlarged facial pores are divided into two groups randomly: 29 patients are treated with non-ablative StarluxTM1540 fractional photothermolysis laser and the rest with OPT. During the follow-up conducted 6 months after the treatment, the clinical improvement is evaluated by grading the pores widening scales. Meanwhile, the adverse reaction is assessed. After the treatment, the differences between two groups in improvement of the appear- ances of facial pores are significant ( P〈0. 05 ). The two groups also differed dramatically ( P〈 0. 05) in clinic effica- cy. Both non-ablative StarluxTM1540 fractional photothermolysis laser and intense pulsed light with optimal pulse tech- nology are effective to shrink enlarged facial pores with minimal side effects, but the non-ablative StarluxTM 1540 frac- tional photothermolysis laser is obviously better than intense Pulsed Light.
