摘　　要：针对工业生产过程中，因设备故障而造成的经济损失，设计了一套完整的故障诊断系统。基于LabVIEW软件，设计了系统运行过程中不同的状态显示，在发生故障时能够自动停机，并将故障数据生成报表输出，使工作人员能够快速找到故障根源，大大的降低了故障诊断人员的工作量，有效的减小了设备故障带来的经济损失。In the process of industrial production, the economic loss caused by equipment failure. We designed a complete fault diagnosis system. Based on LabVIEW software,the different status is displayed in the process of system operation. The equipment will stop automatically and output the report generated about the failure data when have a failure, which make the staff find fault source quickly and solve fault. The workload of the fault diagnosis personnel reduced greatly and the economic losses reduced effectively from the equipment failure.
