摘　　要：针对当前房产测绘系统软件存在的不足，提出基于CIS技术的房产测绘系统设计与实现方案，系统能够完成定义与绘制图形、交互图形属性以及快速查询等工作，有利于房产自动化的实现以及管理效率与质量的提升，为房产数据进入统一空间数据库构建了前端数据采集平台。In allusion to the deficiency of real estate mapping systems software,the paper proposes the design and implementation scheme of a real estate mapping system based on GIS technique. The system can define and create drawing,interactive graphic attributes and quick query. It makes a help to realize the property automation and promote the management efficiency and quality. At last, the system builds a front-end data acquisition platform to housing data into unified spatial database.
