摘　　要：RF—SIM卡生产过程中射频功能的测试目前主要依靠人工手动测试，人工手动测试具有效率低下、易产生人为错误等缺点。针对人工手动测试的缺点，依据射频卡功能测试的生产工艺要求设计了一种自动化测试系统。该系统提高了生产效率，避免了人为失误对生产的影响，同时节约了人力成本。The test of RF function in the process of RF-SIM card production mainly depends on manual testing, manual testing has the disadvantages of low efficiency and easy to produce human error. In view of the shortcomings of manual testing, an automatic testing equipment is designed according to the production process requirements of RF-SIM card function test. The equipment improves the production efficiency, avoids the influence of human error on production, and saves manpower cost. This paper mainly introduces the equipment from the point of view of control system.
