西南贫困地区山地户外运动资源开发研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、实地调查等方法,分析西南贫困地区山地户外运动资源开发面临的机遇,提出发展策略。研究认为:西南贫困地区山地户外运动资源开发必须依托"体育+旅游"的方式进行,以山地户外运动为主要内容,打造旅游度假目的地。根据国内外开发案例和贫困地区实际情况,提出西南贫困地区山地户外运动资源开发的策略:制定"点、轴、片、线"的山地户外运动规划;创建山地户外运动赛事驱动模式;打造多业态并存的山地户外旅游特色村寨等。By methods of literature review, field investigation and so on, this paper analyzes the opportunities of exploitation of resources of mountain outdoor sports in impoverished area in southwest China and proposes the development strategies. It is concluded that the exploitation of resources must be based on ＂sports ＋ tourism＂, the mountain outdoor sports should be the main content to create tourism destination. According to the domestic and international cases, combined with the status of impoverished area, the strategies are as follows： formulate planning of ＂point, shaft, area and line＂; create driving mode for mountain outdoor sports event; construct feature village of mountain outdoor sports tourism with coexistence of multiple business models.
