摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,对中央国术馆在近代武术的发展中取得的主要成就和历史意义进行研究。结论:中央国术馆主要成就是组织两次武术国考,开展武术培训活动,出版武术刊物和著作,推动武术对外交流,成立了中央国术馆体育专科学校。中央国术馆让武术救国成为了现实;深化了武术理论的研究;扩大了武术的社会影响;开创了武术教育的现代化和培养了大量的体育师资。这在我国近代体育发展史上具有里程碑式的意义。Using the research methods of literature review and so on to analyze the main achievement and historical significance of National Wushu Institute in development of modern wushu. Conclusion： main achieve of National Wushu Institute was organizing two national exams of wushu, developing training of wushu, publishing periodical and work of wushu, establishing technical college of sports of National Wushu Institute. The research concludes that by National Wushu Institute, saving the nation by wushu became a reality; deepened the research of wushu theory; enlarged the influence of wushu in society; started modernization of wushu education and cultivated a lager number of PE teachers. National Wushu Institute had a landmark significance in developing of sports in modern history.
