摘　　要：新时代,在生态文明建设的大背景下,国家对于资源节约和环境保护提出了更高的要求。矿业开发具有扰动和改善生态环境的双向作用,加强矿产资源的节约、高效、绿色开发利用,符合美丽中国要求的矿业开发新模式。本文首先介绍了近年来我国矿产资源节约与综合利用取得的成果,分析了矿产资源节约与综合利用遇到的问题和难点,在此基础上,提出了推进矿产资源全面节约与综合利用的几点思考。In new era,under the background of ecological civilization construction,our country proposes the higher requirements for resource conservation and environmental protection.Mining industry development has bi-directional effect on disturbance and improvement of ecological environment,strengthening the conservation,efficiency and green exploitation of mineral resources is the new model of mining industry development which meets the new requirements of the beautiful China.The authors introduce the achievements of the mineral resources conservation and comprehensive utilization in China,and analyze the main problems and difficulties in the mineral resources conservation and comprehensive utilization.On this basis,the authors put forward the thoughts of promoting comprehensive conservation and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.
